Music Lessons for Brooklyn Center Students

Through a grant by the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council (MRAC), any Minnesota Brass member, alumni, or staff has the opportunity to earn $20-25/hour teaching music lessons to Brooklyn Center students. The grant allows the lessons to be provided free of charge to the students. This is a great opportunity to impact someone's life through the gift of music.

Lessons will be in 8 week sessions and will take place after school, but before the activity bus leaves. That way any student wishing to participate does not need to arrange for a ride. There may be opportunities to also teach battery percussion lessons during the school day. You would have to be available during the day. Fill out this form to inquire about those opportunities.
