There’s no real reason to sleep on this one: Minnesota Brass has worked out a deal for supporters to save on brand new name-brand mattresses and at the same time support the corps. It’s a one-day-only event set for Saturday, Aug. 15. So save the date now!
Set to take place at Coon Rapids High School, the event—presented by Custom Fundraising Solutions—will feature such name brands as Simmons Beautyrest and Beautysleep, Restonic and Symbol mattresses at terrific reductions—up to 50 percent off retail prices. And a portion of each sale goes to the MBI general fund to help pay expenses, such as those for uniforms, instruments and travel to the 2015 DCA World Championships in Rochester, N.Y., over the Labor Day weekend.
